Delete your Meso account

Meso is a workout planning and tracking app from Load Bearing. You can permanently delete your account and the cloud data associated with it at any time.

Delete your account in Meso

  1. Open Meso and go to Settings.
  2. Choose Account, then Delete account.
  3. Confirm your identity when prompted.
  4. Type DELETE and confirm the deletion.

This is the fastest option. Meso removes your account and associated cloud data, then clears Meso data stored by the app on that device.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot open Meso or sign in, email us from the address tied to your Meso account when possible. Include the account email address in your message so we can locate the correct account.

Never send your password, sign-in code, authentication token, workout export, or health information. We may ask you to complete a separate step to verify that you own the account.

What is deleted

Deletion removes the Meso data associated with your verified account, including:

  • Your sign-in identity, profile, preferences, and account settings
  • Your mesocycles, templates, exercises, workouts, sessions, sets, and training history
  • Your body measurements, progress records, and related reports
  • Cloud synchronization records associated with your account

Account deletion is permanent. Export anything you want to keep before you begin.

What may remain

We may retain limited information when required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations. Support correspondence may be retained separately from your Meso account.

A deletion request made by email cannot remove Meso data stored only on a device you control. You can remove that local data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling Meso.

Subscriptions and Health Connect

Deleting your Meso account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage active subscriptions separately in Google Play.

Data already written to Health Connect is controlled through Android. Review or delete it in Health Connect settings if you want it removed from your device's health data store.

Timing and questions

We will reply with any ownership-verification steps. Once verification is complete, we will complete the request within 30 days and confirm when the account has been deleted.
